Below you will find our terms and conditions. Terms and conditions, in this case, were governed by English law. A company is responsible for changing these terms and conditions if a person or entity finds them invalid, offensive, or illegal. If a company is unable to make the necessary changes or modifications, it may have to delete a provision or section. There is no effect on the enforceability of the remaining terms and conditions if one or more of the terms or conditions are deleted or modified.


  • The availability of a company's services determines whether or not they can be provided.
  • It is possible for a company to reject bookings or not fulfill them. If the service provider is unable to fulfill the booking, then the company may cancel it. The company will also refund the customer, but it cannot be held liable for any other losses. Information about customers, such as phone numbers and email addresses, must be accurate.
  • A parking booking reference number will be provided to customers as part of their confirmation email when they make a reservation via the company website. Upon receiving the booking number, the customer must follow all legal and valid terms and conditions of the company.
  • When the phone representative confirms the booking, the customer is expected to adhere to the company's terms and conditions.
  • The suspension of regular service may depend on the pandemic and local lockdown laws. There may be a need to pick up and drop off vehicles from our parking lot.


  • An additional fee will be charged per day if you keep the vehicle beyond the fixed period. In order to return the car, these charges must be paid.
  • After midnight, there will be an additional parking charge for the car.
  • Additional charges will apply for flights that are delayed by more than two hours.
  • Payment in full is required before the booked services begin.
  • Priority parking handles payments made through our website.

The company’s liability

  • Please note that these terms and conditions will apply only to bookings made directly through the website. You must adhere to the terms and conditions of the third-party website when making a booking from that website. As an agent for service providers, the company provides features, cars, and services rather than providing them.
  • Service providers' terms and conditions are available on their websites. Customers must adhere to these terms.
  • As a booking agent, the company is only liable for losses caused by its negligence, so if the parking service is not satisfactory, it can file a complaint by following the service provider's terms and conditions.

Limitation to our responsibility

The following are not Airport Park with us legal responsibilities:

  • We are not responsible for the condition of the vehicle's interior since we did not inspect it. Due to security concerns, plug-in dash cams will also not be accepted.
  • It is your responsibility to pay for damages or losses resulting from your insurance policy.
  • Damage to vehicles caused by fire, vandalism, theft, or natural disasters.
  • It is not our responsibility to fix chips or broken glass, regardless of whether this document mentions them.
  • Whether or not any damage is mentioned in this document, we are not responsible for any damage to alloys or tires.
  • Flights cannot be delayed or canceled directly or indirectly by us. Any payment that we have received from you will be refunded if we are unable to provide you with the service.

Amendments and Cancellations

  • Bookings with Cancellation Cover can be cancelled up to 48 hours prior to the departure date. You will receive a full refund on your parking price less booking fee and any upsells that were added at the time of booking.
  • Bookings made within 48 hours of drop off date will not be eligible for a refund.
  • Cancellation Cover does not apply for bookings made within 48 hours drop off date.
  • A booking may be cancelled up to 48 hours prior to drop off date except on certain non-flexible offers which are non-refundable. All cancellations will incur £15 administration fee unless cancellation cover is purchased at time of booking.
  • All amendments or cancellation requests must be made in writing by emailing us at hello@airportparkwithus.co.uk or calling us at the number on our website quoting your booking reference number.
  • FREE CANCELLATION is our most flexible option. You can amend or cancel your booking before 48 hours your departure without any fees for a voucher.
  • Any amendments to pick up date after drop off is completed must be raised directly with service provider.
  • Customers wishing to shorten the length of stay for a service, once the service has commenced, will still be liable to pay the whole fee for the service booked.
  • Non-refundable bookings made for Savers or non-flexible parking products will not be acceptable for cancellations and amendments.
  • Cancellation / amendment requests can only be actioned within office hours (Mon-Fri 9:00am to 5pm)
  • Once a cancellation or amendment is confirmed, it cannot be reversed.
  • Refunds will be made to the credit/debit card used at the time of booking.
  • For the cancellation and amendment timescales, the service will be deemed to have commenced at midnight on the day prior to the commencement of the booked services.
  • During your stay or within 48 hours of departure, additional modifications will incur a charge. To notify us of the change, please send us an email.

Customer Relations details

Please follow the following procedure if you have any concerns or issues.

  • In all cases, we encourage you to contact a member of our staff immediately, and all issues should be documented properly. A failure to do so may prevent you from being accepted as liable.
  • When you contact us as soon as possible, you will receive a response from Airport Park with us within 14 working days.
  • Customer copy coupon receipts will contain all correspondence details.
